I ordered a kaya moisturizer which was supposed to be delivered (as stated by the company) 19th Dec. The delivery agent neither called me up nor answered my call and rescheduled the delivery to 20th Dec. The same thing happened on 20th Dec and 21st Dec. Spoke to the company customer care, and they say "we are not responsible and delivery is done by the third party". I asked to speak with a senior representative and was told to receive a call back from him as none were available at that time.
I haven't received any response from anyone so far.
Pathetic services.
It is a medicated moisturizer which was urgent to me and hence I opted for online delivery, and they have only wasted my time and energy on this. Was this information helpful? |
