I ordered a few products from the nykaa app. After 2 days the status of the product was show n as failed delivery even though i did jot recieve any call from the delivery executive. Not once did they try to contact me. The order was prepaid and i havent even recieved the refund money yet. Neither did the parcel arrive nor did the refund. I wrote an email regarding my concerns but never got a reply back. Very dissapointing. My order number is nyk[protected] Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

There is misplace of products of the MAC foundation and Forest essential Aloe vera juice. The products were switcjed with the wrong front cover and delivered to the wrong address. The distance to be recovered was between Pune and Mumbai.
