I have ordered one product that was expected to be delivered on 8th July 2022. After multiple follow ups it was not delivered and customer care kept on fooling that it will be delivered tomorrow and when on 11th I requested to cancel the product and refund the amount they assured that within 48 hours product will be cancelled and amount will be returned back to source. 48 hours are done and now Akash Mishra is the representative with whom I connected and he mentioned that they can not assure for any date and they have policies that it will be processed once product reached back from courier partner and they do not have any way to connect with courier partner. The say they have a team who work on this and when I asked for details they deny on that and tell they can not provided any information to customer.
Kindly look into this matter on priority as this is a serious concern and Nykaa is trying to fool it’s customers.

This is something that even I was doing. What happened with your forwarding nothing right? They are still on same process which they were telling me. Is this called a forum for consumer help?
I raised this complain so that an action should be taken not to just forward my message to Nykaa. That I can do as well.
