[Resolved]  Nykaa.com — product not received but status is showing delivered

I ordered a sugar smudge me not liquid lipstick and a loreal professionnel lipidium shampoo which was scheduled to deliver today but neither i got the products nor did i got any call from your delivery agent. And now i got a message saying that product has been delivered. I have paid rupees 1134 for the products and didn't get that. This is ridiculous. I did not expect this to happen from nykaa. Please deliver my order as soon as possible or refund my money.

See the below screenshot. At around 8 pm i got the message o[censored]nsuccessful delivery and suddenly around 11 pm it is saying that it has been delivered. How can that be even possible? I need an explanation along with my product delivered or else return my money.

I called the customer care also but the store is closed and it went to voicemail. This should be resolved as soon as possible.
