Nykaa.com — Product was not found in the box and customer care denied to provide me with the products

I ordered a few pair of body care through nykaa fashion app and got delivered on 29 October, I received an empty box and on contacting customer care several times and emailing them the same they denied to provide me with refund mentioning check at your end product must be received. The customer care denied to send me the products again I told them I don’t want refund send me the products but they denied the same and said the product got dispatched from there end I asked them to provide me with certain information that they have sent me the product but they denied for that also and after contacting for one month my query was not resolved
I kept on Asking the customer care to connect the call to senior executives they hang up the call. Some of the executives told me that I will get a callback but I didn’t get any . Order Id - NYK[protected]
