For order no.- NYK[protected]
Nykaa sent me a damaged rayban sunglass of value ₹8631. It’s been 10 days since I am contacting their customer support and I have contacted for 100 times now and they are just rejecting my return request again and again saying that all the products has been dispatched correctly. I have received a sunglass which is damaged from the left side even the over box and inner box was damaged. I created return request twice and 1st they said that it got rejected due to sharing of wrong images then I created another request and I checked the pictures 10times with the customer support and they said that it was correct this time and you don’t need to worry your return request is gonna get accpeted this time. But it got rejected again. They are saying that they have dispatched all the items correctly and disconnecting my calls and chats again and again. They promised me twice about arranging a call back with their senior executives but they are not even arranging a cal back. Please help me since it’s a damaged and high value product. I have been worried since 10days now.
