I purchased bio oil from nykaa. I already used 2 bottles, this was my 3rd one. So i know how is the original product. I was late to claim return/refund. When i submit the feedback about duplicacy then they didnt show that feedback on their app. Then i mail at customer care, they just gave copy paste reply that your timeline for return or refund is crossed. Then i said why not you people showing my fedback on your website. They didn't replied back. Was this information helpful? |
