Nykaa.com — received one damaged and one wrong product | |||
On 19 november i ordered huda beauty palette And i received a wrong product with my name same amount and address so i took it when i opened it there were specks in side it so i called nykaa the arranged a pick up after that i never got the right product back not any refund. I keep calling them but it's not resolved i tried talking to a senior executive they say the will arrange a call back but it never happens. The executive i spoke his name was chirag patel he told he would get back to me but never did. They say it's not there product they can't help but the bill n everything said nykaa. I again ordered huda beauty product from nykaa on 2 december and received the product on 7 december, but it was damaged product so i request for a refund immediately. Since then there is no pick up done. I called them like 5 times n they always say that it will be done. This is the order number. Nyk[protected] Please help me out Was this information helpful? | |||
