Nykaa.com — Received perfume with tampered seal- refund denied by Nykaa

I ordered a perfume from Nykaa (Order ID: [NYK[protected]]).

The product was delivered with an already open/tampered seal. I immediately raised a return request, but it was rejected by the company after reviewing images. I clearly received the product in an opened condition, which is not acceptable for a sealed cosmetic/perfume item.

Despite multiple requests through customer support chat, my return/refund request was denied. I request assistance in getting a full refund as the product was delivered in a compromised condition.
