Nykaa.com — received wrong item from nykaa

My order no is NYK[protected]
I have purchased last week from nykaa 6 items but 6 out of one item have received wrong product which I have not ordered it's Revlon brand I have order same brand but different name of REVLON MATTE BALM - UNAPOLOGETIC
I received is REVLON MATTE BALM BAUME MAT
I called customer care but no response at all they are only making us fool only
its nykaa duty to check the item when they are dispatching after we received wrong item now no Response at all
If they don't have a item on that time they have to cancel sending anything means what they only want a money from us
I am sharing images also pls check it and i request u pls take necessary actions this type of company who making us fool
