Nykaa.com — received wrong product and they are not even taking it back! | |
I’d ordered and xtenso shampoo and foundation from nykaa recently ( total worth 852) ( during there pink sale) and received two some other shampoos ( worth 630 each). I initiated the return request within a minute of getting my order. They have rejected my return request by saying that there was no mistake from there warehouse team as the correct products were sent to me. I’ve sent them every picture and screenshot. It took them 3-4 days to come up with no resolution! They are behaving as if it was my mistake only. The customer care people don’t even listen. They keep on repeating the same thing “we’ll forward your request and wait for 24-48hrs”. I’ve been shopping with them since a long time now and nothing has ever happened but this time they are pretending as if it is my mistake only! Was this information helpful? | |
