Nykaa.com — Refund Denied

Hello,
Trying to initiate a refund for 3 things from my order number
NYK –[protected].
Giovanni UltraMoist Shampoo
Giovanni UltraMoist Conditioner
Giovanni UltraMoist Deep Deep Moisture Hair Mask

I purchased these products after carefully reading the ingredients in the ingredients tab of the Nykaa app. But just today happened to read the ingredients on the back of the shampoo, conditioner and the mask – it states it has a silicone called Dimithecone which I am ALLERGIC to. Had I used the product without reading the back – my scalp would have been covered in rashes.
I feel cheated ! I almost always buy any product blindly after reading the ingredient list on my nykaa app. The app clearly states ingredients – so a customer would assume it is the entire list of ingredients like in many of other products.

The products have not been opened. I need you guys to not only initiate the return and refund – but compensate me since Im stranded here without a shampoo and I cannot use any drugstore product.
