[Resolved] Nykaa.com — refund for order not received | |||
Nykaa order id: nyk[protected] Order date: october 31, 2019 - november 01, 2019 Order amount: ₹799 Payment method: prepaid Nykaa failed to deliver my order and provide proper information on the delivery status. After unsuccessful delivery, i requested the team to cancel my order and issue a refund. I have been in contact with the customer support team for last 2 weeks asking for an update on my refund/cancellation and every time i'm told that the order has not reached the warehouse and i should wait 2-3 days more for the same. This has been a case of complete negligence on nykaa's part. First, they do not deliver the order and when asked to refund, they do not issue a refund. I would like my complete refund of ₹799 to be credited to the original payment source (Bank account) as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
