[Resolved] Nykaa.com — refund issue order I'd[protected] | |
On 20th i had ordered few products and made payment through debit card because of some reason i immediately cancelled the order and i got a mail on the same day stating that refund has been initiated but till today i have not received refund. I had raised the issue and even sent snapshot of my bank account statement as a proof that i have still not received refund. Inspite exchange of so many mails i am not getting proper response from them nor my amount. I have been cheated by nykaa., very disappointed Was this information helpful? | |

Did you submit bank details through email? Because they are asking my bank details and I did through chat support but now they are asking it again. So do I have to submit it through email?
