I have raised my order on. Please find the below order number Order # nyk[protected] The order was cancelled on 30-apr-2019 Every time when i call the customer support i have to go through giving the information in same way and they would say that they will check with their refund team and they simply cut my call. I have the screenshots and the call logs of how irresponsible there customer care is I have been calling nykaa from past 20 days and they are simply playing around +1 photos Was this information helpful? I had placed an order in nykaa on April but it's almost a month and till now the product is not delivered, but the delivery status shows it as "delivered". I have already paid the money but haven't received the product yet. The customer care center also not responding properly. I need my money back.
