Nykaa is claiming that refund is initiated from their end but the amount is not reflected in my account. It's been almost one month now.
They have provided me with the UTR details, which are of no use to me. My bank is saying if Nykaa has initiated the refund why isn't the amount is reflecting?
Where is my money Nykaa? What is this behaviour? You are making a simple refund such a hectic process. Upgrade your outdated system and refund my money ASAP.
