Nykaa.com — Refund not yet processed

As i have ordered a product from nykaa and have cancelled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on at 9.05.2021 and the reference no is: 30005111271127175812387
but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this.

Please refund the amount of 491 RS please back to my account.
