Nykaa.com — refund pending | |||
Order id : nyk[protected]. I had placed an order on nykaa of worth rs 889 and have returned three items on 29th september. They are saying that they had processed the refund of rs 533 on 3rd october and told me that amount will get credited to my bank account within 5-7 business days but it's 10th october and already 5 business days are over and i haven't received any refund in my bank account. Although they have given me the transaction number but the bank is saying that they are not able to track the transaction because it's been made through third party. Feeling helpless and frustrated. On a daily basis am raising this issue with them but they are not helping me. : (... Nykaa is cheater Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that, the refund was initiated from our end on 03/10/2019.
The amount should have been reflected in your bank account by now. We request you to please check the transaction details with your bank once.
Still, if you haven't received the refund, we would request you to please email us at [protected]@nykaa.com the snapshot of your bank statement (in PDF format) from 29/09/2019 till current date.
