Customer care didn't help on not dispatched products after 60hr when nykaa promises dispatch in 24-48hr.
Refunded less than product prices on cancellation of two not dispatched products.
When I asked about less refunded amount, customer care annoyed with robotic replies instead answering questions. Did not give explanation of extra deduction amount.
Refused to agree on Nykaa's cancellation policies. Declined to refund remaining product price in original payment method and return loyalty points.
