Nykaa.com — Regarding cancellation, return and refund

I have ordered products from nyka worth rs. 1537. In order ID NYK[protected] on 5th September 2022. (The amount was pre-paid) And due to some reasons I have to cancel the items. I cancelled whole items on 5th of September itself, but due to some server issues i connected to customer care on 5th itself one Mr. Hariram sardar attended the call and he said he initiated the cancellation and the refund will be initiated in next 24 to 48 hrs and money will be refunded in my personal account in next 5 working days. (Attaching the mail screenshot here). I waited till next 72 hrs and I called again to customer care on 8/9/22 and ms. Payal Kumari attended the call she said cancellation is not updated so she raised cancellation again and send me a confirmation mail( attaching screenshot of the mail) and the very next day 9/9/22 the package worth rs. 1242 is delivered and we refused the package and they said they can't accept the return. Soo i bought the parcel and I called to customer care again they said u had to refuse the parcel. And now i suppose to initiate return in the app. Then in next 48 hrs money will be refunded in my personal account. I anyhow do the return things. And today the parcel was collected by the parcel agent. And now money is refunded in nyka wallet. (I am not going to purchase anything from this app anymore because of the disappointing behaviour) they said they can't do anything with this thing anymore. I asked about remaining parcel (i have cancelled on 5th itself )but they are again telling they can't help anything about it. This is the second time I am facing issue from nyka.
