Nykaa.com — Regarding my cancelled order and refund

Address: T-3/B, Flat No.- C2, Satpula Appartment, Khirki Village, Malviya Nagar New Delhi 110017

I ordered few products on Nykaa through their App, which was supposed to be delivered by 30th April but It was not delivered by them due to unknown issue. As the delivery was not done by Nykaa nor they attempted to deliver so I am unaware of the delivery issue. It is now more then 15 days and I have not recieved my amount yet as it was a prepaid order. Everytime when I call them they tell me that they will do in next 2 business days and so on.
