Nykaa.com — regarding refund of my order. | |
I have ordered 3 products from nykaa amounting to rs. 1075 on 24th of september, 2019. The order number is nyk[protected]. Of the ordered items, i wished to return 2 products amounting to rs 875. On 4th of october, the product has been picked up and it has been more than a month now that the refund is not yet done. Moreover the disgusting part is that none of the customer care executives are giving me the correct information through calls/emails. I am constantly in touch with them past a month but all in vain. This is really ridiculous to cheat consumers in such manners. Was this information helpful? | |
