Nykaa.com — return initiated

I have ordered five products from nyka but with one product i was not satisfied, it was old and expiry. I requested to return the product but they don't return and refunded me back even though its being around 10 days since i ordered the products and waiting for my refund. All of there executives are saying there different statement regarding this. They are also not ensuring me the exact time for refund...

Thank you for writing your concern.

We would like to inform you that your return request has been processed from our end. We request you to kindly retain the product with its original packaging and order number clearly mentioned on the package. Our field executives will pick-up the product within the next 2-3 business days. Please note that you will receive an SMS confirmation/acknowledgement receipt from the pickup boy for the product returned for your reference.

Refund will be initiated within 48 hours once the product is picked up. Thereafter, it will reflect in your account within the next 5 business days.
