Nykaa.com — Return request denied

My return request was not approved for the product I received but was not as expected reason given- product not sealed.
Video proof sent as product being sealed and now i get no resolution and email stating that because i had many issues past months, this time there won’t be any resolution given to me?? I had no issues past few years. These issues arose past few months. Anything i order is either missing or not the right product. What am I supposed to do then? Not raise a concern and just sit back?

Why not ask the question why your customers are not receiving the order that they placed instead of giving out wrong orders? How can i avail the easy return policy then? What am I supposed to do with this order?

It’s been almost a month and the team is putting no efforts in helping me just a rude response.

My return request was not approved saying the product was not sealed. I sent video proof of product being sealed. I do not want the product because of not that i have not received it, i do not want it as i am no longer in need of this.

I was also willing to wait for the refund after the team investigate the return product and the product reaches the warehouse safely, after all the investigations and the product being there, the refund can be initiated. I was the one willing to take the initiative and being patient. But it does not seem as it is. Had i known this much issue will be occurring for me to even try returning a product, i would have never placed any at the first place.
Hell with your easy return policy. The policy are just for name sake and nothing.
No use for customers.

Also like the email regards, exactly! That’s what i have been repeatedly saying to the team that why is this repeatedly happening with your customers??? Every order is not being well received or the product is delivered wrong. No matter how many i order, there’s been problem these past few months.

I have been saying the same! Won’t you guys mind and check why is this happening? And i am sure, I may not be the only one facing this issue. There might be many you guys receiving for the same concern
