Extremely disappointed with the service. You guys are basically scamming people with your return policies.
I've already submitted a return request and it got rejected. I would like to know on what terms it got rejected. What do you expect me to do with a damaged product?

It is highly unprofessional to deliver damaged products and have insane return policies. I've attached a screenshot of the return details. Please arrange a return pickup as soon as possible and provide the refund.
