Two of my orders got cancelled becos the delivery boy did not give proper intimation. On the first time, i simply got a message that my order was cancelled, which i never did.
Today once again, i recd a missed call from a nos and when i call back the delivery person dont pick up. I have raised my concern in the nykaa app, but there was no option to complain about that. So i had to choose the option "was not available during delivery"and set trw's date for delivery. Now i want that the product should be delivered tomorrow latest by 11 am.!
