I ordered products worth around 2700 Indian rupees on the 12th of July. The stuff reached the nearest hub on the 13th and was displayed as out of delivery on the 15th. I waited all day and nobody showed up. The crux of this complain is the delivery partner called ASNM/AMAZE delivery. They never actually attempt to delivery any order and mark it as “refused by customer.” These lies have been extremely difficult to deal with. I’ve been calling customer care every day who tell me that my ticket is already generated and that they’re doing their best. I’ve made 7 calls so far and have found no resolution from Nykaa. If you google ASNM you will find many such bad reviews posted in the span of the last week. All their numbers are fake and if you call them on just dial someone else who has no idea what ASNM picks up the call. The real issue is Nykaas choice to pick such a terrible delivery service which shows serious signs of perhaps indulging in illegal practices.
