Nykaa.com — Wrong product delivered and bad delivery | |||||
I ordered 6 items from nykaa.com and i got one free makeup pouch.but they divide the order in two parts and i got only 5 items yet.they didn't even ship my 6th product and my free pouch.and also the parcel box have some ants in it i have to put it aside in sun then only i able to open it. and this is not all.they delivered me the wrong shade of eyeshadow.i ordered the shade 02 and they delivered the shade 01. my order number is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
