Nykaa.com — Wrong product delivered and refund pending order id: nyk[protected]

I am extremely disappointed with the delay in receiving my refund of INR 347.0 for Order ID: NYK[protected].

Your email on[protected] claimed that the refund was initiated and would reflect within 7 business days, yet nothing has been credited. It has now been almost a month, and your customer care either gives excuses like “today or tomorrow” or doesn’t answer calls at all.

This is unacceptable. I need:

The refund credited by tomorrow without fail

A call from your team explaining the delay

If this is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum for negligence and harassment.

I expect your urgent action to close this matter today.
