I had ordered a blouse from Nykaa, and received a lehanga set delivered. Immediately I sent photographs to nykaa customer care email and on help chat. They replied the that they will revert and resolve the query in 24-48 hours. Its been 10 days now I had sent so many emails, tried talking to customer service but no response. Then I tried to return the product stating wrong product is delivered, but they cancelled the return. Then I again tried contacting so they are saying we had sent the right product only, can't help you.
I am helpless, they are not at all responding or helping.
It is so unprofessional that they haven't responded even sending so many emails. It is frustating. Was this information helpful? |
