Nykaa.com — Wrong product has been delivered and there is no support from customer care even after sending emails again and again

I had ordered a blouse from Nykaa, and received a lehanga set delivered. Immediately I sent photographs to nykaa customer care email and on help chat. They replied the that they will revert and resolve the query in 24-48 hours. Its been 10 days now I had sent so many emails, tried talking to customer service but no response. Then I tried to return the product stating wrong product is delivered, but they cancelled the return. Then I again tried contacting so they are saying we had sent the right product only, can't help you.
I am helpless, they are not at all responding or helping.
It is so unprofessional that they haven't responded even sending so many emails. It is frustating.

Here the image of grey blouse: ordered product
and green lehanga : received product
And customer support people are saying they have delivered the right product.

There is no response even after calling to customer service many times. Customer is pathetic of Nykaa
