[Resolved]  Nykaa.com — Item not delivered yet nor refund processed - NYK[protected]

Hello Team,
I placed an order on NYKAA on the 16th July and it was supposed to be delivered by now but the app simply says "In transit" since 17th July and no progress. Every time I contact NYKAA, the say that the issue is escalated and they need more time. I have waited until today as they promised I will receive the parcel or they will refund. But now, they want me to wait again for 48hours. I Cannot wait anymore as they are giving me false promises.
I just need a refund asap. Please help!
