Nykaa — failed delivery of prepaid package... raise concern option not working... chat option in nykaa app not working..

I had placed a delivery of rupees 533 for which i have already paid... The delivery failed... When i tried to use raise concern option... It's didnot work... When i tried to open the chat option in the nykaa app... It didnot open... I have tried both these options several times but to no avail... What should i do now?
