Hi,
So I ordered a shoes from Nyka Fashion. I received it on 25 Oct. I had to return it due to fit issue.
Now, the Nyka fashion is not attempting to pickup the return and mentioning false reasons and failing pickup. I am feeling tired to reaching out to these guys and they are always saying same thing but doing nothing.
Then I reached out to Customer care on 26 Oct, they raised a ticket, I uploaded the image of product with original tags. Nyka team approved it for return.
Still till today no one came at my door for pickup and they mentioned in comments false reasons.
No actions taken by Nyka, they are just making fool of customers.
They dont want to refund… and this is unethical and unacceptable that they themselves approved return and there partner didn’t came to pickup… all this thing already harassed me for last 8 days. and now Today these guys just cancelled the return.
No more return option i see.
I feel like Nyka is doing fraud with people. It has lost its credibility. These guys are even marking the ticket resolved when actually the issue is nit resolved. :(
I want my refund, this is not correct.
