I have repeatedly tried to reset my password..but after logging in nykka fashion app downloaded twice via apple store..everytime i enter my email and click on forgot password..i get an email to reset my password but then the link is defective..i tried opening the link multiple times.logged in via app some 20 times but everytime i am receiving a defective link in my email and no where and no way to reset my password..i get 10 different customer care agents who say they are solving my problem but how do i narrate my issue everytime to 10 different agents..plz help..this is harassment Was this information helpful? |
