I had applied for a refund on 16th of December of Rs 4536 for a product which was not shipped for more that 20 days. The refund was supposed to be in my account by 2-3 business days as it was mentioned but it’s been 10 days now and no sign of it . I tried contacting Nykaa support a couple of times and all they could say that few more days everytime. Was this information helpful? |
