Nykaa Fashion — Return Still Not Picked Up -21 days

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable delay in processing my return request.
It has been 21 days since I initiated the return, yet the product remains uncollected despite repeated follow-ups with the company’s customer support. Throughout this period, I have received no meaningful resolution or definitive timeline for pickup. This prolonged delay is unreasonable and demonstrates a clear lack of accountability and customer service.
The company’s failure to honour its return process has caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. As I am currently pregnant, this prolonged ordeal has only added to my distress. Despite my patience and full cooperation, the matter remains unresolved.
I request your intervention to ensure the company arranges the immediate pickup of the product and processes my refund without any further delay. If this matter continues to be ignored, I reserve the right to pursue all remedies available to me under the applicable consumer protection laws.
