I ordered some Kay Beauty items on Wednesday 17th of March so that they could be delivered in time to be brought to Australia by my family members. They received the delivery on 19th Wednesday, but it only had the two sunscreens and the free vanity case. Three lipsticks were missing from the package. The delivery receipt says that 6 items have been delivered but we only received the sunscreens and the vanity. We tried the toll-free number and it didn’t connect. We rang the delivery guy, who said that he had delivered the package as it was given to him. I am out significant amount of money as each lipstick was Kay Beauty and Falguny Luxe Matt collab.
I have been in email correspondence with Nykaa customer service but either they sent stock standard responses or offered to resolve the issue by refunding the cost of the missing items. I asked for my refund, but they responded with "We delivered the correct items."
