As a customer I would never refer anyone for your e-commerce site or app, because the time the customer really needs a professional support you people are worst to deal with.

First of all your pathetic application takes up address itself. I was given a text box to enter my address and it automatically from my previous address took city and state despite me mentioning the right one.
It will be better if you will ask your developer to develop a customer centric application rather a basic home application.
The product isn't delivered till now. Twice your customer support called and did absolutely nothing instead of asking me to wait for 24-48 hours, apart from that your so called chat service on app is utterly useless as either they do not show my products in one go or the support provider isn't there free giving me a message that someone from our support will reach you. After several mails and requests and waiting from Sunday till today that is Friday I get no email regarding my refund status or product location.
If you guys cannot handle such situation rather don't expand your organization to such size.
Lastly if my refund is not reflected or initiated by today 6:00 PM, I would definitely take this to social media where you brag about your company being best.(P.S I never wanted to do and that is why I waited but you all forced) .
