I ordered a series of products from the site and when it was delivered, I found two of the products missing from the packing.the box was too small to even carry all the items and the invoice showed all the items to be there in the packing.inspite of writing again and again to the website along with photos of the packing, I have no response from the website.what's the point of assuring the customers that their complaints will be redressed within 24 hours when its just a plain fraud Was this information helpful? |
