Nykaa — Nykaa Money debited, order cancelled, No refund received after 15 days

I had placed an order with Nykaa for rs 817 but just after this I cancelled the order within minutes. Money got debited. It was latter conveyed that refund is initiated but was not recieved in gpay upi even after 15 days.

I even contacted the gpay customer care, but it was argued that the payment was successful so the goods should have been delivered or the payment should have been refunded.
