Nykaa — ofd lock has been applied though product was not delivered to me

I have placed order from nykaa on 26th february and now as i check i find that ofd lock has been applied on the product though i have not received it. Ecomexpress is supposed to be my delivary partner. This experience with nykaa was so disappointing. I wish it would resolve soon. I have tried contacting via the awb no. But all in vain. They will just not connect.

I had placed an order in Nykaa for cosmetics on 28th of Jan 2022, it has been more than s month now, no delivery attempt was made, OFD lock has been applied by Nykaa, repeated calls to customer care, writing to help desk support have all been in vain. If I call Nykaa they say they have informed the necessary details to ecom express, if I call ecom express they say unless OFD lock is removed by Nykaa they can neither deliver mor return the products to warehouse. I have repeatedly pleaded to either deliver my product or refund in vain as both are not happening, ...
