Nykaa — Payment done but no product delivery

I ordered products on 5th December.Today is 20th December and I didn't get my order.In future I will definitely think 100 times before ordering in this company.They have totally lost my faith.Now I think they have chitted on me.I know I will not get my order.First of all I don't get line in their customer care service and secondly when they hear my problem they say that my product will be dispatched in next 2 or 3days.Ultimately they do nothing.From more than 1 week I am suffering. Already I have called 4 to 5 times and their words are same.I am totally disappointed.My money is totally wastage.. (Order id :[protected]
