Nykaa — prepaid order

Nykaa has given me some bad experiences- one item has not been delivered to me from the prepaid Order ID[protected]. I cancelled the product at the time of delivery asking to register it in the cancelled order for the refund. Later, I received the msg that my product has been delivered successfully.
The product status shows delivered on 10th July by WOW Express courier.
