Nykaa — refund not reflected in my account | |||||
On[protected], a placed and order on nykaa.com of rs. 603 but due to some issues i had to immediately cancel it. The nykaa team sent me a mail on 15th saying my refund has been initiated. 10 days went by but the amount was not reflected in my account. I reached both the nykaa customer care and bank customer care. After making me wait for another week and asking me to show all the transactions made in my account, the nykaa people said that they cannot do anything. They have initiated the refund. Kindly check with the bank. I'm feeling like there must have been some error in input of numbers but nothing fruitful has come for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
