Nykaa — Wrong product delivered

8th July 2021.
Nykaa delivered wrong product to my place.
Order body shop tea tree matifying lotion for Rs 955. Received Body shop dry lotion for Rs 450.
Chasing since 8th July for replacment but no action taken.
Neither they are refunding my money.
