Nykaa.com — amount not refunded | |||
I ordered 4 products from nykaa but only 2 product was delivered and other 2 was returned about 2 weeks ago. I cannot even see the return status. Even the product was not returned by me. I dont know how it was returned. Even it was returned it is the companies responsiblity to refund the amount. It is very dissappointing. Help centre is of no use. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello, I was supposed to get my order by 3rd Jan but I didn't get any call for it. I thought there might be some network problem so I waited for another 2-3 days and it's already 7th Jan but I haven't got my order yet.

I bought a matt lipstick from your store...shade name is janhvi...when i applied, my lips got rough after applying that and i felt like i have applied a chemical on my lips...i felt very wierd till 24 hours of applying that...Highly unrecommendable product.i want my money back.very unsatisfied.
