[Resolved]  Nykaa.com — bad delivery service

I ordered 5 items from Nykaa on 12th July’18 with order id:[protected] and the delivery date given was in between 14th-17th July. Today is 21th of July, almost 5 days and i still have not received the order. I have called Nykaa about 6 times on different dates asking them about the status of my parcel, they say that it will be delivered the same day or the next day but the result is always the same:disappointment.
