Nykaa.com — damaged products received

Highly disappointed with services of nykka. First of all my order was not delivered to me on time and out of 15 items which i ordered for, 2 were damaged. These 2 products have lot of scratches and looks old.

I emailed my query to nykka but everything went in vain. I received one revert but after replying to that i have not got any solution for this. Looks like nykka doesn't believe in customer care and the only thing important for them is selling product.

My order no. Is[protected] & i have requested them to initiate the refund of below 2 products:

I would definitely not recommend this website to others.
