Nykaa.com — delivery of a product | |||
I ordered a few products on aug 25 and still haven’t received. I called in on 28th when i was informed it will be delivered within 24 hours when it wasn’t. No one followed up on this and i continued to call nykaa n shadowbox to know where the product us however was lied again and again that it will be delivered within next 48 hours however didn’t even rcvd any notification regarding the same. I ordered on 5th September and paid money directly through debit card, the expected delivery was 9th but still I didn't get my things ..
