Nykaa.com — I didn't get my product but I paid the money for it.

I recieved my items today on 9 sept.
I ordered face shop aloe vera, face shop mask sheet, kaya toner and neutrogena sunscreen..

In the package it was written that all the items are present and also in the paper it is mentioned. I paid the money for it.
But after i opened the package neutrogena sunscreen was missing.. I paid full money for it. But 1 item was missing.. I hope you get to this problem real quick.
